How did the Legislative Council + House of Assembly vote on DAPs??

The Liberal Government, supported by Labor, changed the standing orders of the Tasmanian Parliament so they could ram through the DAP Bill, despite it not being tabled for the required length of time. On the same day it was voted against by EVERY COUNCIL in Tasmania. Unfortunately the DAP Bill passed the Lower House. It was however welcomed that the entire cross bench did vote against the Bill.
