Media Alert: Cambria Green TPC Decision

The Planning Matters Alliance Tasmania (PMAT) will respond to the Cambria GreenTasmanian Planning Commission decision.Further to the Tasmanian Planning Commission (TPC) hearing held on the 30 August 2019, the TPC yesterday released its decision on the Cambria Green draft planning scheme amendment. The TPC determined that it does not have jurisdiction to determine the Cambria Green draft planning scheme amendment. The TPC is not satisfied that landowner consent had been given.
